Community Call, Building in Public and Partnership with Hype Hustler NFT

Last week we decided to take our community call from discord to Twitter Spaces to build in public. It was a great call as we were able to not only share with our community but also show our dynamic with everyone on Twitter.
Our community came together to talk about how we’re building Darshana and gave great feedback and recommendations. We need to be able to listen to our community and integrate their needs.
We were also able to announce our partnership with Hype Hustlers NFT x Darshana.
Topics we talked about:
- Our community is all over the world but they all have a common goal; work on Web3.
- A large part of our community is software engineers, UX designers, graphic designers, community managers, and discord moderators on WEB3.
- Web3 is an industry that is growing at the speed of Crypto and there are more technical, digital, and remote jobs every day.
- Most of the tech talent is integrating Web3 knowledge into their resume.
- Within our community, some people have landed their first job, their first Web3 job, or are already in the interview process. Congratulations.
Alliance with Hype Hustlers NFT:
Who are they?
Oriana Valderrama, Maria Coraza and Bita Motiie are the founders of this NFT’s educational project.
“When we started Hype Hustlers, we were only 3 recent graduates trying to navigate a complicated world and find our voice in this industry. As young girls growing up in the 90s, a Hustler woman was a rare sight within the tech industry. To be considered a Hustler used to mean playing dirty for your success.
However, with the emergence of NFTs and the Metaverse, this definition, for women, means actually doing the hard and real work to earn that success. We want to redefine what it means to be a hustler as a woman in the Crypto Industry.”

How does our alliance work?
We want to offer the community and holders of the Hype Hustler NFT the opportunity to enter Web3 in the work field. In return the Hype Hustlers team will provide a Web3 educational course to our community.

Llamada comunitaria, construcción en público y asociación con Hype Hustler NFT
La semana pasada decidimos llevar nuestro community call desde discord hasta Twitter Spaces para construir en público. Fue una gran llamada ya que pudimos no solo compartir con nuestra comunidad sino también nuestra dinámica con todos en Twitter.
Nuestra comunidad se unió para conversar sobre cómo estamos construyendo Darshana, recomendaciones y feedback. Para nosotras es muy importante poder escuchar a nuestra comunidad e integrar sus necesidades.
También pudimos anunciar nuestra alianza con Hype Hustlers NFT x Darshana.
Los temas que conversamos:
- Nuestra comunidad está por todos lados del mundo pero todos tienen un objetivo en común; trabajar en Web3.

- Web3 es una industria que está creciendo a la velocidad de Crypto y cada día hay más trabajos técnicos, digitales y remotos.

Como niñas jóvenes que crecían en los años 90, una mujer Hustler era algo raro dentro de la industria tecnológica. Ser considere un Hustler solía significar jugar sucio para su éxito.
Sin embargo, con el surgimiento de NFT y Metaverse, esta definición, para las mujeres, significa hacer el trabajo duro y real para obtener ese éxito. Queremos redefinir lo que significa ser una estafadora como mujer en la industria criptográfica”.
