In the new year, the dArtFlex platform will undergo significant changes.
Our team is preparing to move the project to the public domain. In other words, dArtFlex Marketplace will become a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO).
The table below visualizes the improvements and plans that will be implemented in the first two quarters of 2022:
dArtFlex DAO
- The project code is already in the public access on Github.
Placing the code in the public domain is an important element of transparency and openness with the community, as well as a mandatory point in the creation of DAO. - The main communication channel will continue to be the existing dArtFlex Discord server. We will also create private channels for communication between developers, managers, and platform managers.
- Future revenues from sales on the marketplace will be transferred to the DAO safe.
- Formation of target funds (development/marketing/testing/community management).
- Formation of trusted DAO custodians (1inch / TMM / Yard / PBM / AAVE / Polygon) who will have the authority to sign critical decisions related to spending, investment, and DAO vault issues.
- Decisions will be made by voting on Snapshot or collecting signatures from a majority of trusted custodians.
- Launch grants for developers on current project tasks.
DAF Token
We want to emphasize that everyone who has previously invested in the project will receive their tokens within the specified timeframe, and this point is not subject to change.
- Launch of DAF-ETH, DAF-BNB, DAF-MATIС pairs, using already collected funds from seed/private and liquidity from the upcoming IDO.
- Launch long-term staking pool DAF for 1,2,3 year (10%, 20%, 30% yield respectively), to freeze DAF tokens by project enthusiasts and angel investors of the project.
- Launch of the DAF distribution contract for active users of the project on an ascending schedule:
- first month — 15000 DAF
- second month — 30000 DAF
- third month — 40000 DAF
- fourth month — 50,000 DAF
The distribution of tokens will be carried out once a week, with the possibility of making changes in this program by voting on Snapshot.
Next steps
The dArtFlex platform will rapidly grow and develop along with the community. For the third and fourth quarters of next year, we plan to purchase land in one of the popular Metaverse universes. Here, dArtFlex will exhibit work, open museums, galleries, buyers will be able to participate in auctions, and artists and influencers will promote and discuss NFT art and collections. Our goal is to create a space where community members can express their creativity, take part in discussions, ideations and parties.
