Secret: there are no silver bullets. Asana? Jira? Trello? Slack? Hipchat? Choosing the right one won’t make or break your project. Having the right process to clearly set and prioritize objectives is what will have a massive impact on the project.
We try to make this process as simple as possible, so here it is:

- Individual Team Members share how they’ll fulfill those objectives weekly
As far as tools go, teams should use what they’re most comfortable with. If your team is open to anything, we suggest clients try:
Reporting is a key piece to all of this working properly.
“What gets measured gets improved.”

Our project managers make sure everything we’ve planned together gets shared with you in a clear and easy-to-digest way.
DarwinApps has a clear mutual goal with our clients: be as efficient with every hour as possible. A wasted hour is wasted time for one of our beloved team members and wasted money from our client’s budget. Reporting is how we measure, and measuring is how we learn.
