Darwinia Ecological Applications and Infrastructure Updates

  2. Published an article introducing OpenGov, a new approach to Polkadot community governance, bringing the next generation of decentralized, secure, and democratic governance to Polkadot. Darwinia is also considering adopting OpenGov to enhance community governance. Link
  3. Published the Darwinia Improvement Proposal (DIP) #2 introducing the adoption of H160 account addresses in substrate-based chains to unify address formats with EVM, which aims to simplify user interactions and enhance compatibility with the Ethereum ecosystem. Link
  4. SubAPI DAO has received the Darwinia Grant, targeting to be a SubDAO of Darwinia, focusing on Oracle and API integration. Link
  5. Helix, a fully open-source and decentralized cross-chain asset bridge, received the Darwinia Grant. Based on the common messaging bridge that already exists between chains, Helix provides users with secure, fast, and low-cost asset cross-chain functionality. Link
  6. The Darwinia referendum #15, proposed by the Darwinia Community DAO (DCDAO), is currently open for voting. This proposal seeks funding from the Darwinia treasury, aiming to support the sustained operation of the ecosystem. Link
