Integration of Foundation Reserve (From Genesis Allocation) into the Darwinia Treasury

Foundation Reserve (From Genesis Allocation) has transferred 228M $RING and merged into the Darwinia Treasury, thereby completing the integration of these funds into the Treasury. This strategic move serves to enhance alignment with the Treasury, facilitating improved utilization and reusability of the on-chain governance proposal system for fund allocation and fostering transparency. As the Reserve has a 5-year vesting period, with a portion yet to be fully vested, the remaining funds will also be transferred to the Treasury upon reaching their respective vesting unlock dates.
