Darwinia Ecosystem Applications and Infrastructure Updates

1. A new GitHub pull request for DIP-5 has been opened following an earlier discussion. This DIP is part of the KTON Staking migration, which involves transferring KTON Staking from Collator Staking to a new KTON Staking contract.
2. An article has been published regarding the new KTON Staking. The article provides a high-level explanation of the new KTON Staking mechanism and outlines the 30-day transition period. link
3. The new KTON Staking UI is under development.
4. Helix supports LnBridge v3 and is deployed in multiple L1 and L2 EVM-compatible networks to achieve multi-chain interoperability, and supports relayer registration and display functions.
5. HelixBridge, utilizing Darwinia Msgport as its cross-chain messaging layer, has launched LnBridge v3 and has been deployed across multiple L1 and L2 EVM-compatible networks to achieve multi-chain interoperability. Additionally, it supports relayer registration and display functions.
6. Darwinia is developing an OP Stack L2 built on Avail DA and powered by @alt_layer.
