With Dash, you can send your money instantly, so you don’t have to go through that teeth-gnashing waiting game that has become all too familiar with Bitcoin transactions. The long wait times for Bitcoin was one of the main reasons I first looked into Dash. Also, Amanda explains how we are able to send Dash using the PrivateSend feature.

You’re not going to want to miss this video because it explains the main differences between Dash and Bitcoin:

You’ll be interested to know that PrivateSend and InstantSend are additional features not default ones. This means that if you don’t want to use PrivateSend, you don’t have to. The same goes for InstantSend. But if you need to make a transaction and need it done quickly, you have that option. This is the main differentiating factor between Bitcoin and Dash. Bitcoin doesn’t have an InstantSend feature and therefore, if you wanted to use Bitcoin in a café to buy a cup of coffee, you’d be waiting around for an ungodly amount of time, anywhere between 15 and 60 minutes. This is the current state of Bitcoin, at the time of me writing this. It could change in the future, but that’s not how it is right now. Dash is this way right now. That’s the main reason I’ve switched to using and investing in Dash.

Now you might be asking the question, “Why Would I Need to Use Private Send?” Here’s a possible scenario:

Let’s say you’re trying to get a job with a company in the future. Let’s say that the CEO of this company is a staunch Republican. Let’s say you support progressive causes like the ACLU, Deep Green Resistance and other organizations that would not likely be popular with your boss. In the future, when people’s financial history becomes even more accessible to employers, that information might hurt your chances of becoming employed. If you use PrivateSend when making contributions, you wouldn’t be traced to any particular organization. Think about it, it’s no one else’s business what organizations you decide to support. It’s an individual choice. You should always have that PrivateSend option available to you.
