At Dash Living, we keep our tenants happy and engaged with our unique coliving concept. The majority of our tenants are millennials, they need more than just their personal space. Growing up with the sharing economy, they require a social space where they can hang out and get inspired. Our coliving concept allows such flexibility and creativity to flourish whether tenants want to cook at 6am or work until midnight, our coliving properties can facilitate a lifestyle like that.

The secret to coliving is undeniably the community essence of it, blurring the lines between hospitality and residential for it is not merely about bricks and mortar but a way of living. We build a genuine community by paying attention to detail and constantly putting tenant’s needs at the center and fine-tuning as they go.

Having borrowed a few tricks from the hotel industry, we realised there has always been an emphasis on giving the best guest experience and good service in the hotel industry.

Striving to provide fond and genuine service to tenants, we show our attention to detail by stepping into our tenants’ shoes, think about what they would need potentially during their stay with us, from our small amount deposit compared to traditional rental, to weekly housekeeping service. Surveys are conducted from time to time to learn tenants’ preference on personalized service and community activities, for instance, wine tasting and fitness workshops. To make tenants’ stay with us even easier, the dedicated mobile application allows live chat for real time support, it also acts as a manual for resident’s perks and happenings, and serves as a digital key to the apartment and common spaces.
