Today, we’re really excited to announce integrations with two leading bot platforms, Chatfuel and Dexter, both of which are now seamlessly tied with the leading analytics platform for bots, Dashbot.

We love bot platforms.

Bot platforms like Chatfuel & Dexter enable anyone to quickly and easily build a bot to engage users on Facebook, Slack, Telegram, Twitter or even SMS, without writing any code. Chatfuel is used by brands like Adidas, TechCrunch, MTV and personalities like Christina Milian.

“We want to provide our users with as much transparency into bot engagement as possible,” Andrew Yaroshevsky, Chatfuel’s COO and CPO. “By integrating with products like Dashbot, users are able to easily and quickly gain powerful insights. We are committed to working with companies like Dashbot to grow the bot ecosystem and bring more value to users.”

Now, anyone creating bots using either of these platforms can easily view detailed transcripts, top messages, usage analytics, and sentiment by integrating Dashbot — still without touching a single line of code.

To integrate on Chatfuel, click on the “Analyze” tab and then click on the “Connect” button:

A few clicks, and you’re done!

To integrate on Dexter, first create your bot on Dashbot, and then, back at Dexter, click on “Advanced” and then paste in your API Key:

Paste away.

Once the integration is complete, you will start seeing messages flow immediately into your firehose and live transcripts on Dashbot. It’s as easy as a few clicks!
