This Week at the DIF — March Fact Sheet & Quarterly Call Date
INVESTMENT Meeting

The DIF will continue to put in its regular 500 Dash monthly funding proposals with an amendment pertaining to the usage of funds. Chair Mike Lewis summarizes the amendment here:
“We will ask for complete autonomy on investment decision-making while offering more transparency at the supervisor level, where each supervisor will submit their reasoning for a vote on a specific investment on Github to add accountability to investment decisions.”
As the DIF’s most recent multi-month proposal expired last cycle, you can expect to see the new one within a couple of weeks.

We’re currently preparing to execute our first reserves diversification/re-balancing event. Stay tuned on that.
Also, the DIF’s Q12020 Quarterly Report is scheduled for Tuesday April 21st at 4:45pm UTC. As before, it will air live on the DIF’s YouTube channel, and questions will be solicited before the call, as well as taken live.
