Now I’ve clearly been a proponent of Collaborative Data Ecosystems and the impact they can give. The folks at work over in Finance have taken a specific look at what this means for Banking.
They highlight a few key reasons why this is truly transformative, and something banks will have to consider.
Firstly the benefits, the point here is that a significant proportion are already getting the benefits, this is beginning to create a market separation between those who are taking advantage and the laggards in the space.
And in terms of lagards v adopters there is a clear acceptance of the challenge
With around 1/4 already adopting and looking to strengthen and 3/4 looking to invest, this is clearly a core focus area in Banking.
