The dashboard is designed to provide a comprehensive analysis of restaurant reviews. The dashboard is powered by AI and NLP (Natural Language Processing) machine learning models to provide sentiment analysis of the reviews to provide insights into the sentiment of the reviews, the most common keywords, and the overall sentiment of the reviews and much more explained in details below.
The goal is to help restaurant owners and managers understand the sentiment of their customers and make data-driven decisions to improve their business.
