Reciprocity is the process of exchanging things with other people to gain mutual benefit.

The rule of reciprocity is a social norm where, if someone does something for you, you then feel obligated to return the favor.

If you have ever felt obligated to do something for someone because they first did something for you, then you were likely responding to the rule/norm of reciprocity.

AI is supposed to be the enhancement of UX(User Experience) by providing deep understanding, profound empathy, tailored assistance, useful recommendations and natural communication with human interactants while achieving their goals through computer use.

AI is used in varying techniques to automate sophisticated functions in UX and changing what UX is apprehended by the users.

This is achieved through the development of intelligent interactive systems such as virtual assistants, recommender systems and intelligent tutoring systems.

Technological achievements create new challenges of trust, explainability and usability, which needs to be amended by further advancements of AI in reciprocity.
