A Week of Distractions

Or should I say agony… deep agony. I started off tracking what I was distracted by, but it quickly turned into ‘how did I feel after I realized I was either procrastinating or distracted’ and it really didn’t feel great. The greater the size of the “waves” the worse I felt.

But a nice discovery was doing something physical or tangible really calmed me down and improved my mood. Being in front of my computer all day is a black hole and needs to be avoided at all cost!

Week 03 — Distraction= feeling crappy about not getting “enough” done.
