A Week of Family

It was Family Day, so it got me thinking: how do I talk to my family, and how do they talk to me?

Recently, I’ve taken a lot of pride in how much I value communication with my family — especially with my parents, given certain circumstances in my life that is a whole other set of writing and self-reflection. I take a lot of care into managing this core value of mine, and unsurprisingly, the data reflects in how my in-person interactions weigh heavily into talking to each other, just because ❤.

But I mean, it is pretty healthy to rant and b*tch sometimes :)
