We want to utilize the simulation model to give suggestions to the urban green arear design. Every year, millions of birds migrate from one place to another. During the migration, some of them need in-between habitats to rest and eat food. However, with the expansion of urban areas, lots of these habitats were destroyed, which really affects their migration. So, we want to make this simulation to know where are their potential in-between habitats and what is suitable for their habitats. This result will give valuable information to the urban design. For examples, in small scale, the model can suggest designers what kinds of tree should they plant in the park near the potential in-between habitats. In the big scale, it can give information to help to create a more livable wetland for the migratory birds. In the model, the individuals will be the specific migratory birds, environment will be the place near their migration route. Behavior will be the bird’s behavior which includes the parameters like how furthest they can fly at each time and what kinds of habitats do they like such as forest, creep or wetland and what the food resource they need. The output will be potential in-between habitats especial which can be improved in the urban area and suggestions to this areas.
