Hipster Needs to be Immediately Stopped

This project aims to show that hipster movement is deleterious for society. I will be using fun ways to prove this notion, e.g. how neighborhood with cafes that sell avo toast, kombucha, cold brew coffee, green juices, and many hipster food has high rental rate compare to neighborhood with authentic ethnic food; how neighborhood that has artisanal groceries is not really occupied by low income inhabitants, and how the neighborhood that has indie galleries and boutiques is not settled by minorities.
