Project Topic

My project topic would help me to prepare for my planning thesis. I am interested in building a model which captures the repetitive pattern in NYC housing market. It could also help in automated activities by changing variables and narrow down the results. Another approach I am thinking is to building a decision model to tells whether it is affordable if government plans to develop an affordable housing project in certain area.
