Digital trust can be defined as a success criterion that needs to be established and maintained during interactions between service providers and stakeholders in a digital ecosystem. Generally, service providers love to be customer-focused. However, creating an environment of trust should encompass not just the customer side but all internal and external stakeholders. For example, trust-damaging actions by your company towards external stakeholders like regulatory bodies can also invalidate your claim of being customer-centric.
