Affirmations To Move Through Challenges

How does your body feel when you go through a number of changes?

Do you listen to your body when it is showing symptoms?

Or do you ignore them and hope that they will go away?

I’ve been going through a lot of changes in the past few weeks and many times, I’m not aware of the little things that I’ve been holding onto. They pile up until I’m in a lot of pain and then I’m forced to deal with them. For me, I hold onto the pain in my stomach in the form of severe bloating and losing my appetite to eat.

One of the reasons why I started writing was to share my experiences to help others, though I’ve been feeling stressed that I haven’t been able to keep up with posting new content on a regular basis. I hope to share my experiences in a real and authentic way to connect and support you in your journey.

The affirmations that I’ve been practicing are from this incredible book Louise Hay — You Can Heal Your Life. A friend reminded me of these affirmations this afternoon and I am so grateful for the message:

I digest life with ease.
Life agrees with me.
I assimilate the new, every moment every day.
All is well.
