Using the data Analysis Button in Excel

Do you often use Excel to Analyse data? Then the data Analysis button would be a very useful tool.

But how does one use it?

If the Data Analysis command is not available in your version of Excel, you need to load the Analysis ToolPak add-in program. These instructions apply to Excel 2010, Excel 2013 and Excel 2016.

Go to the File tab,and click Options

From File click on Options

Then click the Add-Ins category.

Click on Add-ins

In the Manage box, select Excel Add-ins and then click Go

In the Add-Ins available box, select the Analysis ToolPak check box, and then click OK

You Should now be able to see the Data Analysis command under the Data tab.
