The ICO is scheduled August 20, 2018 and Pre-Sale starts on July 2, 2018.

The Hard Cap is set at 35 000 ETH.
— Why do you need to raise such an amount?
Dataeum has already proven a high demand for physical data it’s going to collect. It was a part of a large Google case study concerning data accuracy and has already licensed data for large data companies.
In order to collect as much data as possible and make it available to anyone on the marketplace, Dataeum needs large sums to pay to the collectors. This will allow certain independency as opposed to waiting for licensing data contracts.
And of course, the development of the decentralized marketplace comes with substantial investment costs.
— How will the funds raised be allocated?
45% of the funds will be allocated to the technical development of the platform, from data collection to the marketplace.
25% of the funds will be allocated to build the activity and promote the adoption of the solution.
20% of the funds will be used for communication, partnership efforts and integrations with exchanges to promote visibility and ensure quick growth.
10% of the funds will be allocated to operating and other expenses such as legal or administrative.
— What are you going to do with unsold tokens?
Unsold tokens will be used as a reserve. The model expansion is directly linked to the utilization of tokens to reward the collectors — thus, the remaining tokens are very valuable in the model expansion.

The reserve will finance the collection of physical data all over the world and promote the future features.
— What is the Locked period for Team & Advisors Tokens?
The locked period for team is 24 months and 10% monthly release starting from the data after the end of the ICO. For advisors it is a 6 months locked period.

At first, on the platforms where we will be listed. Right after we will include an exchange service directly integrated into the platform.
