This is part of a series on:
- The Left pie chart is no good because it doesn’t help by showing anything that is “not fun”.
- Rather, the proper way to do a pie chart is the Right chart.
- Don’t have too many categories, showcasing the majority of market share at the top, followed by the 2nd and 3rd at the bottom.
The Left pie chart has too many categories and too many colours. The percentages are hidden within the chart and there’s a shadow that distorts the view.
