You do not need to take all exams. If your goal is to be a professional Solutions Architect with AWS, you will need to pass the fundamental “AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner”, the Associate level “AWS Certified Solution Architect”, and the Professional level “AWS Solutions Architect”. That’s only three exams. You can choose one or two specialties after that, or concurrently.

There are not cumulative. The professional-level exams do not require the completion of the associate-level exams. It is recommended that you follow the sequence, but not required.
