This is a beginner-friendly roadmap that is designed for everyone interested in data visualization. The only requirement is basic programming experience with Python and some interaction with pandas or numpy.
In part one last week, we explored the matplotlib architecture, and learnt the features and attributes of the three underlying layers of matplotlib namely:
- The Back-end Layer
- The Artist Layer
- The Scripting Layer.
We also learnt the 26 unique styles in matplotlib and plotted these in a Jupyter notebook. See a link to part one below.
