Being one of the top telecom service providers in the world with an ever-expanding empire of $150 million, our client faced the problems of decentralized legacy systems that were operated by various departments across 68 countries! While they managed to sail the boat for 21 years with legacy systems like BaaN and excel sheets for reporting, the rising bandwidth of the business resulted in rising tides that resulted in slow progress and disconnected operations.
