Dear Datawallet Community,

After sharing a deeper look at our backend architecture last week, we have a short update for you this week before we kick off our marketing efforts next week. So without further ado, here we go:

Datawallet’s DXT token added to BitForex Platform

BitForex this week announced that they have decided to add the Datawallet DXT token to their trading platform. Users of the platform are now able to trade in the most popular pairs: DXT/USDT & DXT/ETH. This is only the first step in giving a broader audience the chance to gain access to DXT, while giving early token holders a place to trade their tokens. This does not mean that persons prohibited from buying in our token launch are now permitted to buy DXT. Please do not seek to evade our rules by trying to acquire DXT on BitForex or elsewhere. Datawallet’s Facebook Page

As we prepare to kickoff our campaign for the BETA launch we relaunched the official Datawallet Facebook Page this week. The page was recently updated with our current design language and our recent updates. On our Facebook page we will focus more on general users and educating the public on the topics of data ownership, data mobility and the general state of personal data. As a broad and balanced user-base is crucial to make the Datawallet platform even more appealing for potential enterprise partners — we will use our reach on Facebook to target this wider audience.

Datawallet at the Crypto Hedge Fund Summit in New York

Along with our advisor Jeffrey Wernick our Director of Communications Yannick Socolov and VP of Business Development Adam Jones attended the Crypto Hedge Fund Summit in New York this past week. Mr. Wernick hosted a panel discussion and Nolan Bauerle, Director of Research at CoinDesk gave the opening Keynote. Our team discussed how data (or the lack thereof) influences decision making in the world of cryptocurrencies as well as the challenges of the legal and regulatory environment. With many different institutions and company representatives in attendance it was a day of engaged and fruitful conversations.
