Welcome to Web Development Group!

This is the first post (article) for DBHS Code Club’s Web Development Interest Group. In the next few months I will regularly post articles like this that teaches you guys the basics of web development, and some tips on self-teaching web-dev.

We will also try to meet once a month in the library (more details about interest group meetings on November), so we can discuss and learn face-to-face, which should be a lot more fun and interactive then just me feeding you guys information.

Speaking of feeding, it is up to you if you want to swallow the food or not. If you have some experience with web development and you think that the topic I am going over is too easy for you, you can simply ignore it until an interesting topic comes up. It’s all very flexible.

The first official “guide” will be the next Medium article (like this one), we will use Remind to send short announcements, and emails for longer ones, so make sure to fill out this form to subscribe to Interest Group’s mailing list. I know all of you signed up as a member already, right? 🙂
