How it works:

• Sign up with us via Facebook or Instagram, or email hello@dd-iy.com providing your name, contact number and address. Our team will verify that you’re in our service region within 24 hours. Upon verification we will assign you a DDIY Personal Manager and weekly concierge day.
• Place your orders directly with us. You will only be charged for cost of goods successfully purchased, along with the delivery service fee stated above.
• Receive your orders on your concierge day. Your PM will shop for everything on your order list, making up to 3 stops at no extra costs. Your PM will then notify you of your delivery before leaving your orders at your door.

DDIY Relief Fund

As COVID-19 irreparably disrupts our local economies, we have set up the DDIY Relief Fund to provide financial assistance to our personal managers and their family members adversely impacted by the pandemic. The delivery service fee you pay will directly help the Relief Fund to support those in need.
