Oksana Kobzar becomes tax counselor at Axon Partners

Throughout 2017, Oksana worked with us on ICOs and due diligence including DAO.Casino, Hacken, Oracles, DMarket, and many others. Together we went deep into the weeds of Singapore, Estonian, British, Cypriot, Hungarian and even Ukrainian approaches to taxation. Such deep dives have bonded us together into such a closely-knit team that we can no longer imagine our separate existence. Therefore, Oksana Kobzar is now a tax counselor (a.k.a. counsel) at Axon Partners.

Life before Axon:

Oksana has attained all stages of enlightenment: from in-house to head of legal in the mining (“real” rather than crypto) and manufacturing business; from junior, associate, senior, and partner in a law firm, to owner of a law firm.

Something you should know:

Takes great interest in endurance sports such as tax and customs cases, tennis, tax planning, etc. Tells fortunes through the medium of the tax code, smokes unwanted guests out of the office with the special attorney incense. Loves Neue Wilde and American realism, especially Edward Hopper. Copies Jackson Pollock similar to the original. Has almost reached the exit from the state of subject-object dichotomy, so has started learning French.

Also, Oksana is an Aspen graduate and captain of the Kharkiv branch of SUP (Ukrainian Entrepreneurs Union).
