What Is Makers Market?

Makers Market is a part of my project as it was one of the markets Kate took part in. Markers Market is a large collection of independent businesses in the Manchester area which have joined together with Makers Market to put on an array of stalls specialising in a variety of handmade products. The variety of stalls is huge from food to taxidermy, to jewellery and interior design. The stalls all have their own unique style and passion.
Although I visited the markets to study Kate’s business and her market stall however, I did take time to visit all the other stalls which were at the markets. I visited the Knutsford, Chorlton and Spinningfields Makers Market.
The market covers an array of places including: Knutsford, Chorlton, Uttoxeter, Cheadle, Middlewich, Spinningfields, Eccles etc. All which are located around the Manchester area.
If you’re a business which is new and just starting out and you want to get your name out there I would recommend this to anyone and any kind of business, it will bring your experience on other competition you might have in businesses and knowledge on things that might help you expand and change your business. Most of all it will bring you joy because of all these people coming together to sell and talk about something they love and have a passion for.
