A Juvenile Spoonbill!
A special treat in a Florida marsh
For the last several seasons I have looked in vain for a juvenile roseate spoonbill. Yesterday, I found one. Standing in tall grass in a marsh just off the road was the spoonbill. The parents were nowhere in sight.
