The Common Gallinule is Not a Chicken
A.K.A. Common Moorhen, Swamp Chicken or Waterhen
Not everyone is impressed when learning you are planning to shoot gallinules. Most people respond by asking, “why?”
My answer is, “because they are beautiful, interesting birds.” No guns are involved.
