If the Republicans win back the House of Representatives, and the Senate, abortion will be illegal all over the country, and soon contraception will also be illegal, along with same-sex marriage. Social Security and Medicare will be greatly diminished, if not abolished. Voting rights will be diluted so much that only people who support white supremacist, far-right Christian Republican values will be allowed to vote. Elections will assure that there is a one-party rule. But hey, maybe gas prices and food costs will be a little lower. What the hell is a loss of some freedoms compared to lower inflation…
