DECENT Joins the NAB Show in Shanghai

On 6th-9th December, personalities from broadcasting and media world will come together to pass their knowledge and experience from the industry at NAB Show in Shanghai China, with inclusion of Matej Michalko, co-founder and CEO of DECENT.

Considered to be the premier event for the global broadcast and the new media industry in Asia with an international appeal, majority of invited speakers are from North America, or are stationed in China. Organizing body made of China National Base of International Cultural Trade — International High Tech Cultural Device Cluster (TCDIC) and National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) gathered a number of prominent foreign guests to elaborate on the latest trends in media tech and business.

Film industry’s points of view will be represented by Michael Uslan, executive producer of critically acclaimed Batman series and Lego movie, Maryan Brandon, Oscar nominated editor of Star Wars: Force Awakens or Jenn Schwern, former strategist of TaDaa Media in Beijing. Ted Kennedy, director of VR Department of Fox Sports and Marc Lourdes, director of CNN Digital Asia will elaborate on forward-looking attitude in the media.

“We’re stepping into domain of big players, on both cross-cultural and multinational level,” noted Matej Michalko, who’s on the list of attendees. “DECENT expects to provide the media establishment with innovative way of distributing digital content and securing it with state-of-the-art cryptography.” He will share his points in one core conference; at NAB Show Global Innovation Exchange.

Apart from shining light on DECENT Network, summit held at Shanghai New International Expo Center will integrate a tech exposition, with pavilions and exhibits. Visitors have an option to observe exciting patents from VR or AR developers, Smart software, OTT Industry, IPTV network, Drone tech, broadcasting and cinema production, the New Media, interactive TV apps. and many more.
