New Partnership! DECENT Teams with Film Independent to Sponsor the Directors Close-Up Series
We are excited to announce our sponsorship of Film Independent’s Directors Close Up series, featuring some of the most admired directors and films of the year. You may recognize a few of the big names who are participating such as Ava DuVernay (“A Wrinkle in Time”), Greta Gerwig (“Lady Bird”), Michael Showalter (“The Big Sick”), Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris (“Battle of the Sexes”), Josh and Benny Safdie (“Good Time”).
The 17th annual series will take place Wednesday nights from February 7th -March 7th at The Landmark Theatre in West Los Angeles and offers filmmakers and film lovers a unique opportunity to hear directly from the best independent directors and their collaborators, as they discuss specific aspects of their craft in depth.
