Our first Meetup of 2019 was hosted by Almacube the incubator of Bologna University, during this event our speakers describe their point of view about the future opportunities and challenges the decentralized ecosystem.

Both talks give us many insights about the future of the blockchain technology, and its disruptive impact that will have on our society and our economic system, enabling new types of governance for people and new types of business model for organizations.

As usual for the readers of our magazine in this article, you can find the videos of all talks of D.AI 6, for the good success of the event we say thank you to the partner of the night: Decentra the Distributed Ledger Academy, Codemotion and Almacube the Incubator of Bologna University.

The meetup started with the presentation of the DecentralizedAI Community and the main topics of the meetup by Alessandro Biancini (Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain Analyst @ Alkemy Lab | Co-Founder of Decentralized AI) that have introduced the first talk where Alessandro Mario Laganà Toschi ( CEO @ Risepic | Co-Founder Decentralized AI | Writer @ Hackernoon and Digital 360) has presented his vision about the next wave of value enabled by blockchain interoperability, trustless, decentralization of data and AI.

In the middle Luca Tacchetti (Innovation Specialist @ Alkemy Lab | Data Analyst @ LUISS Data Lab) has shared the exclusive news about the Decentralized AI Ecosystem thanks to analyses and elaboration on user’s social media interaction about the topic of Decentralized AI, by D.AI Observatory powered by LUISS Data Lab, Catchy and Alkemy Lab

During the second talk Sergio De Prisco (Scientific Board Member @ distributed Ledger Academy) has proposed his point of view about a distributed consensus for global economy where data sharing is on distributed ledgers, without central authorities.

At the end of the talks it is started a very interactive session of Q&A with our speakers, and the meetup is closed with a buffet offered by sponsors and organization, where attendees and speakers made networking and create business opportunities and collaborations.
