Dear DML Community,

Thanks very much for your ongoing support to DML. The Team is pleased to announce the token metrics for the upcoming token generation event (TGE) expected in Mid-March 2018.

Token Type: ERC20 on Ethereum

Hard cap: 28,000 ETH*

Total Token Supply: 330,000,000 DML (100%)

Token Distributed to Public: 178,860,000 DML (54.2%)

Token Available for Sale: 118,800,000 DML (36.0%)

TGE Date: March 2018 (Update on 27 March 2018: Token Generation Event has been scheduled to 16 April 2018.)

Token Price: 1 ETH = 3,780 DML

Whitelist: Early Whitelist (Closing on 24 Feb 2018) and Main Whitelist (Open on 25 Feb 2018), with KYC requirement

Contribution Method: ETH only

Indicative Individual Caps for Early Whitelist Participants: 2–5 ETH (for DML Ambassadors) or 38 ETH (for DML Super Ambassadors) [Details will be announced in due course]

Indicative Individual Caps for Main Whitelist Participants: 0.5–2 ETH Cap [Details will be announced in due course]

Bonus: 10% for Early Whitelist Participants in TGE (proportionate to respective actual contribution amounts)

Vesting: Team (3 years)

The Design

The Team has designed the token metrics in order to aim for a well balance of overall token distribution. The three main groups of DML Ecosystem participants, namely TGE Contributors, Ecosystem Public Contributors and Developer Community shall entitle to a fair access of the token utility.

Hard cap has been set at 28,000 ETH*.

*Note: The hard cap of 28,000 ETH will be subject to an approximation of 3% variation according to the participation rate of different category of participants and thus total number of bonus tokens to be issued.

Be a Smart DML Supporter

To protect yourself, you should be aware of the following security tips:

We will NOT ask for contribution privately and contribution has not started yet. The above is the only method to participate in our token sale (through early whitelist or main whitelist application).
Do not share personal info to anyone in doubt (such as email addresses, wallet addresses and other personal particulars).
Check the admin tag (in conversation) and/or stars (in group info) in DML Telegram Community to identify real admins.
Check the username before talking with anyone in Telegram private messages to ensure you are talking with the real admins.
Check the spelling of all incoming emails and website to ensure it is legitimate. “decentralizedml.com” is the correct spelling and domain with only one “i”, etc.
If you discover any suspicious activity or in any doubt, please raise your queries to DML Telegram Community, our admins will be ready to serve.

What Next?

Our early whitelist will be closed by 24 Feb 2018, 18:00 at Greenwich Mean Time (UTC +0). To show our gratitude to our early community contributors, we will offer 10% bonus DML tokens to our early whitelist participants (both DML Ambassadors and DML Super Ambassadors), proportionate to their respective actual contribution amounts.

Notification of KYC results for early whitelist applicants will be sent via email starting from 25 February 2018 onwards, by batches.

The main whitelist will be opened on 25 February 2018. A separate announcement will be made in due course.
