How do we figure out where to eat?

It’s hard to choose where to eat with groups.
In fact, many times, conversations can end up like this

How often do you find yourself and your friends in this situation?

It’s a common phenomenon that I like to call “were do we go?” syndrome, or WDWG for short.

And currently, it’s alleviated by using online sources like —

Zomato, Yelp, and Google Places are kind of like the holy trinity of food recommendation apps. They dominate the current space.

They’re pretty useful when you’re all in the same room together, casually discussing where to go. But once that conversation moves online, moving back and forth between apps as you share recommendations can become a hassle.

So, why not research it?

In the next couple of weeks, I’ll be learning about the lifetime struggle of WDWG.
