Many of us are living in stress, down time, overwhelm, rejections, failures, struggles. Many of us living in problems. I am living in between problems and so you are. It is true. It is a statistical survey that more than 86% of people are not living their optimum life.

Balance — Connection — Happiness — Life

Living an optimum life and having a problem are two different things. In fact most of the successful people are surrounded by problems.

And Many of them have gone through the stages of struggles, failures, rejections, overwhelm, down time, stress, shattered-life situations, broken situations and all that sort of things. It is true.

Things were not well to them too. But somehow they have found a solutions. Everyone has their own story of success, progression and breakthrough.

Everyone has their own story of how they overcome the problem of Inaction. How did they become alive again. How did they re-lived.

How did they found their blind spots?

This article is a part of the series of Yogic lifestyle and you might be having obvious thinking what is this here. True. Yoga is not a solution to those problem. But it is all about connection and living your best life.

It enables you with right mindset and physical abilities to render your thoughts.

It enables you with right mindset and physical abilities to render your words.

It enables you with right mindset and physical abilities to render your visions.

It enables you with right mindset and physical abilities to render your responses.

It enables you with right mindset and physical abilities to render your decisions.

It enables you with right mindset and physical abilities to render your actions.

It does balance your energy systems. It heals you. It has a healing power. If you go deeper and very advanced levels of yoga you will learns the system of chakras and sacred mantras associated with the specific postures.

Whatever we learn in a typical yoga studio is just a basics. This postures are only the start. Story begins when you enter into the advanced way of doing things.

All those Surya Namaskar and weird or funny looking yoga sequence of postures or stretchings are the preparation only.

But look at the power of yoga system. Mere a preparation part brings you a great amount of physical abilities in term of strength, endurance, physical health, internal organs cleanups, efficient blood circulations, better digestions, better mind power, less stress, better harmon balance, improvement in physical response mechanism, better breathings and better awareness, and better mindfulness. And so on.

It’s a huge benefits.

It’s not difficult to decide whether some should do yoga or not. There are still many misconceptions around the society of man and woman, girls and boys…

Some of the four common misconception are here:

  1. It is for girls things to lose weight.
  2. It is un-comparable to gym things.
  3. It is only a stretching exercises.
  4. It is a religious practices.

I think by now I atleast have learnt that it is something bigger that what most of the people think and talk and spread through word of mouth. Those are all useless.

It is for sure a way to connect with yourself.

Lets not deny that apart of us is spiritual that’s why these terms exist like mind, thoughts, spirit, gods, mindfulness, energy and all related things.

I have mention clearly about the existence of spiritual self or subtle self in my book “The Hackers Code: The Great Prison Escape Project And Ways to Fly High in Life.”

It is a long topic and can not really be explained in details in one article. I added here a mention as it is essential. And interested people can read the book.

My point here:

Yoga is way to reconnect our mind and body and perhaps soul. First you tame the body, then tame the mind. And so they start working in alignment.

When we think about the term mindfulness which almost all the kind of life coaches and psychologist use for their clients; so When we think about the mindfulness..it is about the having your mind in the action which your body is taking. Or having your mind to drive your body fully for desired actions.

Now let’s try to see the connection of yoga and mindfulness in that way.

Yoga is helping you to sync your mind and body so they act like one unit. Do you see that catch?

If your mind and body become one unit. Do you think any further need of mindfulness. No, because you become mindful. It is like your mind and body superimposed and engangles into each other. It is the result of right yoga practices.

Mindfulness is no longer a challenge. Most of the life coaches give their clients various kinds of psychological tricks and methods and tools which works as long as you are using those tools and tricks. But once you become bored or somehow not using those tools or techniques or tactics or whatever you call it; you are back to the normal stage of no-mindfulness.

But here in the case of yoga. It is not a techniques. It is a procedure to make your mind and body as one unit. Once they are aligned enough. You become mindful of whatever you do. You do not need to use weird techniques of counting 100 to 1 or making any mind map or using any trigger things.

Such techniques are simply not required. The only thing then you need to know is what you want. And you are on your ways. And Yes, obstacles will come, problems will arrive, tragedy might happen…But they won’t have power over you. You are better prepared your mind. Your psychology is not far better to tackle situations.

I won’t say that yoga is the only solution to reach such level of mind and body. There are many for sure.

The point here: It is one good powerful way. And there is a reason that this point is important. It is because we do not know all the other ways. Some people knows some community knows. But not everyone. People are still trying trial and hit methods to become mindfulness to have better state of mind.

Yoga is one of the technical way. Well established thing. We have many ancient text to discuss and know and practice its philosophy. And to try.

The people of this time is lucky that they have the system available…Its awareness and practices are raising all over the world. It’s better to jump on it. And at least try your hands on it.

It is a good knowledge here. That yoga practices in long run give us a huge mental toughness, and mindfulness. It is perhaps the most important key knowledge for you to take any decision about whether to practice or not.
