This is day 8. And today I wanted to add something to the environment. So I burn a small T candle and insane stick. I clean up the floor with half wet cotton cloth and had added some drops of White colored floor cleaner.

Yogic postures release magical harmons in brain

It looked all clean.

I have realized when you clean your floor and remove dust from the room. The room not only become clean. But it is also the change in the good vibes inside the room. It is my simple feeling based observation.

And I hope it will cause differences in the experience.

It is a simple preparation I did today. Wall are still empty. I am afraid of creating distraction on the name of decorations. So I have been just thinking.

So it’s Sunday. And I am utilizing my wait time to read few pages of one of my favorite writer. It is Malcolm Gladwell, Story of Success.

I was trying to figure out the Life of lawyer Joe Flom, rags-to-riches story.

And then here is a sharp low volume sound of wood. She knocked it. I quickly opens the door.

Simple series of actions. We sat down in front of each other. It’s then Gayatri Mantra. Then mini salutation to each other and to the mother Earth. That is first part.

Second, as you can guess. It is micro joint exercises in a slow motion. While bringing consciousness into the joint for which you are doing practice right now.

And then at the same time. I am trying to feel the sensation of expansion and contraction as I move the parts. Remember, I also need to maintain rest of the body as still as possible. As I told you earlier it looked like as if possessed by a demon. Specifically when you do the neck movement left middle and right. And up and down. All in slow motion.

To add to the sensation. If you do it and try to discover the hidden micro sensation. You see the expansion and contraction in physical brain too.

As you read this. You can try now. Just move left your head from the neck. Do you feel any sensation in brain.

It is easy to find correlation that this simple micro exercise if done correctly is givings nano exercise to billions of neurons to. Your brain is also getting warm up. And they are releasing Harmon’s. It is making a hamon juice from brain cells.

In matter of second your mind gets energized with different kind of energy. You are in now you can say mood. Brain has released juices of mood. That’s how I perceive it.

I don’t know which Harmon it has released but it has released something.

And why it did. Because it went through a expansion and contraction exercise as part of head movement. And you did it with awareness and in slow motion.

Doing it with consciousness is again an essential element. We can easily test the effectiveness.

One day you do it without consciousness and other day you do it with consciousness. And then you note down the experience.

Just because someone else is saying that some xyz Hormone gets released with simple joints movement. You do not need to memorize this. You need to experience it with yourself and see the reality.

Apart from that there is one interesting fact about yoga posture. Most of the yoga posture named after an animal.

There are Rabbit pose, Snake pose, Lion pose, Cat pose, etc.

What makes yoga posture exercise more interesting is these transition from one animal posture to another. Like you go from Rabbit to Snake and then Snake to Rabbit etc.

Sometimes it might feel as if you are playing a game of animals. It’s fun and enjoy too. You can add the elements of fun too. Sometimes it’s laughing that automatically released. This is part of the experience.

We normally end with aum chanting. This is a new information about aum chanting I never knew before.

It’s actually three syllable in sequence. And when you chant you have to make transition from one to second to third smoothly. And it look like it is one syllable.

To practice better Khyati is making me to do it in slow motion. Each part as one separate syllable and then making the transition.

I will add the complete details of it in one of my next article in this documentary series.

I am feeling like I am rising.

Key Takeaways:

  1. Try to feel the release of Harmon in the form of energy in Brain. And try to experience how quickly it changes the mood. When you master this simple technique you can quickly turn your mood on when it is off. Think of it as a quick recharge of your down battery. ( To practice to master)
