The Internet has it’s secrets. Corners that we don’t know of, capabilities that spread out to infinity and much more. the Internet is a society, a universe in itself, a market place where you can get just about anything. It’s like big ass stage.

The internet as we know it makes up atleast 4% of the entire Internet. There are some parts of the internet that are not as easily accessible as writing a bunch of keywords on the Google search bar. These 96% is just a mixture of useless stuff and some very useful stuff. This is where you find everything.

So, what is where?

The Deep Web:

The deep web is a private network that isn’t within reach of standard search engine crawlers. Most deep web is accessible by invite only, you have to be invited in and given sufficient priviledgesto access. The deep web includes private government and other organizational networks that are top secret.

The Darknet:

The darknet is more popular unlike thye deepweb. It is an encrypted network built on top of the Internet and requires specific software and tools to access it. Some conventional protocols used on the Intyernet might not work on the darknet.

The Darknet is a highly anonymous network. One particular example is the Tor ‘The Onion Router’ network. In order to acces the Tor netwrk, you need to have the Tor browser. The tor browser can be used to visit normal websites but it can also be used to visit hidden websites and services which aren’t regularly accessible on the Internet. The websites hidden in Tor have a special .onion address.
