Jio and Disney+ Hotstar have teamed up to offer free IPL 2020 streaming for prepaid plan users and select Jio Fiber users in India. The telecom operator is offering plans starting from ₹401 to ₹2,599 which will offer a free subscription to the streaming platform.
Cricket Plan
Under the Cricket Plan, Jio is offering a free subscription to Disney+ Hotstar VIP along with added benefits. The prices for these plans are ₹499, ₹598, and ₹777.
The ₹401 plan offers its customers 90 GB of high-speed data, It also offers free Jio to Jio calling along with 1,000 FUP minutes and 100 SMS per day. This packs also allows access to its online suite of apps and a free subscription to Disney+ Hotstar VIP for a year.
The ₹598 Cricket Plan comes with benefits of 2 GB data per day and unlimited voice calls. This plan has a validity of 56 days. The plan also gives free Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription for a year so that every cricket fan can enjoy live streaming of IPL 2020.
Under the ₹777 Cricket Plan, the company is offering its users 131 GB of data. The plan comes bundled with free Jio to Jio calls, 3000 FUP minutes, and 100 SMS per day. This plan has a validity of 84 days. Just like the ₹499 and ₹598 plan, this also has a free 1-year subscription to Disney+ Hotstar VIP.
Jio is also offering a yearly plan with multiple benefits for the long term. This plan is priced at ₹2,599.
Under the ₹2,599 plan, the telco is offering a total of 740 GB data. This plan comes with free benefits like free Jio to Jio calling, 12,000 FUP minutes, 100 SMS per day, access to Jio suite of apps, and a free subscription to Disney+ Hotstar VIP. This is a long-term plan with a validity of 12 months.
Apart from these plans, the telecom company is offering an add-on data plan for ₹499. In this plan, the users will get 1.5GB of daily high-speed data for 56 days. However, the plan does not come with any voice or SMS benefits. The new plan is bundled up with a Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription worth ₹399 for a year.
JioFiber Plans
In addition to the prepaid mobile plans, Jio is also offering benefits for select JioFiber users. All the JioFiber plans priced ₹999 and above will come with a free Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription for seamless live streaming of IPL 2020. The data benefits of these broadband plans come with unlimited data for all the plans priced above ₹999.
This season of IPL might be completely different from the previous seasons but the love for it still remains the same.
