Recent Politics and Administration in Bangladesh.

We know that politics and administration are two different terms. Politics is the process of making decisions that apply to members of a group. It refers to achieving and exercising positions of governance organized control over a human community, particularly a state, on the other hand bureaucracy refers to both a body of non-elective government officials and an administrative policy-making group.
There are fundamental and operational differences between in the two terms. If we look at the ideal bureaucracy, then will see there will no nepotism, there will be an impersonal relationship between the employee and the politicians as well as the general people. We know that if the people of a democratic country choose any political party, then they will lead the country. But they have no power to do interfere in the power of bureaucracy, the politicians can’t able to personally interfere in the bureaucratic system.
Recently, In Bangladesh political organization and bureaucracy both going to become a one organization,
we see that what is political leader desire, the bureaucracy prepare to do this work. Any kind of the change, modification and revision of the laws of leading political people are desired than bureaucracy prepare to do this work. It is see that many high ranking bureaucrats enter politics after a certain time or after retirement, whose effect is seen in the recruitment of officials or by doing something about the government.
We will try to compare the relations of politics and administration with some examples.
Such as the resignation of S.K Sinha on the question of freedom of the judiciary then sending him to abroad, what is the relationship between politics and bureaucrats!
In the quota Reform Movement and safe road movement that happened some days ago, we are witnessing how many rational statements have been made to make some reasonable demands. Those who came to the movement, a certain group of people attack them, at this time many people injured by the attacking, but law or police no action was taken against those who attacked them. On the other hand, those who carried out the movement they went to the hospital and jail. We see through this type of work a personal relationship between the Leading Political Party and the Administration. Recent time, we see that due to the sale of the leading political party’s nomination form on the eleventh parliamentary elections, jam was formed in front of the party office or in the surrounding areas, the same way after the opposition party went to sell nomination, Jam was created similarly, and then election commission is banned from going on, as a result we see a bloody history on the road of Polton. If I want to give many similar examples then can give.
When we look at the examples above, we observe one thing that the government has decided to make a one-sided decision with the administration to overcome a specific opponent for its convenience, through which we can not find any difference between politics and the administration. where the administration was supposed to work with a whole nation, they are working for a certain part of the nation. We can’t different between politics and bureaucracy because of this types of work. Sometimes people seems that Leading party means bureaucracy and bureaucracy means leading party, their working action like one organization.
