A Children’s Book about Entrepreneurship

What Do You Do With An Idea

The children’s book section in a bookstore was the section where we went, when we were just two of us. This section has become very interesting since we spend more and more time reading books to our kids. But for most of time, the content was still too naive for adult.

Today we took the kids to the bookstore. My husband handed this book to me, and said to me, “You have to read this.” — What Do You Do With An Idea by Kobi Yamada. After reading the book, I was excited. I was inspired. My heart was uplifted. I was thrilled. I was pumped! Too many founder’s experiences are consolidated into a simple story about how a kid starts with his pet-like thing — an idea, how he overcomes the fear of being laughed at the beginning, how he preserves out of belief, how the idea one day becomes “part of everything”.

I wish I were lucky to read this book when I was a child.
