The United States Patent and Trademark Office granted the patent (a quadcopter display drone that would respond to your eyes, facial expression and hand gestures) to the South Korean tech grant.

The patent was filed by Samsung, and according to this patent, Samsung’s “Flying Display Device” would basically be a flying quadcopter equipped with a camera, display, GPS, a WiFi-based positioning system, and voice-recognition capabilities.

This would be the great, autonomous designed advertising machine. The inbuilt camera would detect a person’s pupils, facial expression and hand gestures. Generally, this autonomous drone requires special features as, motion-sensors, obstacle avoidance system and a gyroscope, and the patent also includes these as the potential features.

Soon we will be dwelling in a world where drones will be a common part of everyday life.
