The Election introduced a turbulence that roiled the planet with a similar kinetic jolt as 911 — and just so happened on 119. Yes, the planetary cage was rattled but it is now coming to rest with a lot of rust violently shaken off and the water is clearing some but not with pristine clarity. Not yet. Yes, the constitutional crisis is over (Clinton lost) so that has delisted a Prevailing Gray Swan and with it the probability of military escalation has relaxed in Syria, the Balkans and Ukraine. But two other Prevailing Gray Swans have become more dangerous in its place and require acute vigilance. Here is the update:
