It’s been a busy few weeks recently for our team, but we didn’t let that get in the way of the positive atmosphere that we proudly maintain here at Deepomatic. To give you an idea of what happens behind the scenes we created our Tribe Profile on WTTJ to keep you posted about our universe, our values, and job offers.

Some of the values that we consider truly important:

Diversity makes us stronger

We have been working hard to develop a family atmosphere at work, composed of people from a wide variety of backgrounds and nationalities. In the business world and in startups particularly, diverse people are still underrepresented. We believe that diversity breeds creativity and makes us smarter; because of this Deepomatic is implementing a specific hiring process to make sure that just as many women as men are interviewed for technical positions to ensure diversity within the team. Today we are proud to work with German, Italian, British, Chinese and Laotian men and women, who share their different backgrounds and varied points of view.

We believe it’s much easier to focus on diversity at this growing phase and start strong than it is to improve upon established weaknesses. If you turn your attention to increasing diversity in your startup now you will attract more and more diverse people and start on great foundations.

Live Well/Work well: Welcome to the Deepo Office

We transformed a Haussmann style apartment into a home-like office; composed of a large kitchen where we share our meals and organise weekly team meetings, an open space with traditional Parisian “Parquet” flooring and former bedrooms that we transformed into meeting rooms.

We not only wanted to create a comfortable environment that people are happy to work in but also one that encourages exchange between colleagues. We are proud to be mentioned by Marie Brayer from Serena Capital, in her article about How to find the perfect office for your startup in Paris.

Moreover, we organise bi-annual seminars (Essaouira, Gorges du Verdon and Cap Nègre over the past three years) where we take part in team building activities and reflect on the shared mission and values of Deepomatic. It is important to develop this sense of community out of the office so that we can all learn from and help each other when in the office. We also provide opportunities for our team members to attend specialist conferences all over the world (Lisbon, Amsterdam, LA, NY, Italy…).

Other benefits provided for Deepo team members include weekly yoga classes, free sports membership and organic fruit delivered to the office every Monday!

Talented People

Here at Deepomatic we are interested in hiring people who share our passion of developing revolutionary products and services that will help change the word. Our technical team is composed of PhD engineers and researchers who live and breathe AI.
