Deepsync allows you to produce audio content in your own voice but without recording anything manually. It works by syncing your voice and saves over 90% of the time and cost of production. This primer will walk you through Deepsync’s Dashboard. If you haven’t already signed up, you can do so on our website — deepsync.co

Before you can start using the platform, you have to sync your voice with us in order to produce audio content, in your own voice but on a great scale. You can sync your voice by signing up on our homepage or directly scheduling a free demo with our team. You can read our FAQs in order to properly sync your voice in a High-Quality fashion.

Once synced, we will provide you with your account credentials so you can start creating scripts in your own voice. You’d never have to go back to the old and manual way of producing audio and you’ll be speeding right into the future. So, let’s get started.

Deepsync’s Dashboard has 7 main parts, starting with the Dashboard Overview.

Dashboard Overview

The Overview allows you to see the overall activities of your account. On the top left corner, you’ll notice the name of your Organization and on the top center, you’ll notice your name as a user. Depending on the user logged in from your Organization, the respective name would appear. An Organization can have many members.

You’ll notice the performance of your synced voice. Deepsync naturally provides close to 95% of efficiency in your voice, which means any script you create is likely to be produced extremely well with very few corrections needed from your side. You can use our in-built Custom Dictionary feature to push this efficiency to 100% but more on that later.

You’ll also notice the amount of content you’ve created in the ongoing month and how many more hours of content you can create based on your plan. This counter automatically resets every month/year based on your plan. This counter takes into account the final produced scripts and not the amounts of edits/changes made, which are unlimited.

Lastly, you’ll also notice a segment regarding any upcoming/active Invoices if any so you can directly pay by clicking on the link.

My Voices

My voices page allows you to see the currently synced voice(s) with your latest voice sample as is learned by our AI. This sample keeps on improving over-time so you’re always on the cutting edge of High-Quality production.

On this page, you’ll notice the amount of content produced in the respective voice(s) from the beginning of production. You’ll also notice your Speaking speed as learned by our AI. This speed is highly accurate and you’ll notice its power in our next section.

Studio

Deepsync’s Studio is where the magic happens. It allows you to create your scripts and produce them quickly and accurately. With its minimal design and auto script length prediction, it allows your scripts to be produced in your voice in a matter of minutes, while automatically handling the voice flow and subtle emotions.

The minimal yet powerful editor allows you to write or paste your scripts quickly while automatically predicting the final length of your yet to be produced audio. You can freely enter any text, numbers, emails, special characters, links, Heteronyms, and click ‘Produce’ to begin the process. Once you click on Produce, it will automatically take you to ‘My Scripts’.

My Scripts

My Scripts page allows you to see all the scripts that you have produced or are currently producing. It shows you when the scripts were created or updated and automatically sorts them from recent to oldest. The scripts are produced in a lightning-fast way where 1 hour of a Script takes only 30 minutes to produce.

My Scripts page has many elements. The first thing you’ll notice is the Status Column, which indicates (you guessed it right) the status of the Scripts. It can be either — ‘Producing…’, ‘Success’, ’Queued’ or (rarely) ‘Failed’.

You can click on the corresponding Options button to see the options available to you for each script. They allow you to ‘Edit’ the scripts, ‘Download’ it in multiple formats such as ‘Single mp3 file’, ‘Separate lines in a zip’ or ‘Custom lines’ allowing you to download any particular line out of the entire script. Options also allow you to ‘Duplicate’ your script, automatically adding ‘copy_of’ as a prefix to the new script. Finally, Options allow you ‘Delete’ your script if you wish. Please note that deleting a script does not reset the hours already produced.

When you click on ‘Edit’, it takes you to the most powerful part of the Dashboard — Deepsync’s Editor.

Editor

Deepsync’s Editor allows you to edit your script after production is complete. Here you can add/remove the text or change the whole script. It allows you to play the entire script or each line separately and handle things like loudness, pitch, and speed adjustments among many things. It’s denoted in the sidebar as Studio (Edit Mode). You can exit the Editor by clicking on the top right button ‘Exit Editing’.

Deepsync’s Editor offers two variations, aptly called ‘List-view’ and ‘Non List-view’. The List view is the default page you’ll see on your visit. It allows you to edit particular lines while not disturbing the entire script. This allows lightning-fast editing for any corrections. You can click the Pencil icon to edit a line and then click the Check icon to save it. You can play the entire script with the top button ‘Play’ or play individual lines by clicking on the Play icon on the left side of each row.

You can switch to the ‘Non List-view’ by clicking on ‘click here’ on the right side of the Editor. In the ‘Non List-view’, you’ll see a Studio like editor where you can update or delete any portion of your script to re-produce the audio from scratch.

In case you find a mis-spelled word, you can click on ‘Check Tips’ or ‘Add to Dictionary’ if you wish to add a word to your Custom Dictionary.

Finally, you can update the Name of your Script by click on your Script Name on the top and then clicking ‘Save’.

The Editor also allows you to adjust Speed, Loudness, and Pitch along with selecting the proper Hetereonyms (words that look alike but sound different) easily.

Settings

Settings allow you to update your password, update your Custom Dictionary, and view Usage Analytics. We recommend you to update your password regularly for improved security and safety.

You can click on ‘Custom Dictionary’ to add or update words/phrases which you’d like to pronounce differently. Although Deepsync tries to capture as many words as possible, the Custom Dictionary comes in handy when you’d like to customize your spoken content.

You can click on ‘Usage Analytics’ to view how much content you’ve created month on month. It’s a small but powerful tool to understand your creation process and keep track of your work. It will be updated further with more enhanced options to allow for a deeper analysis.

Apart from these 6 pages, you’ll notice the ‘Invoices’ page and ‘FAQs’ page which allows you to handle the account billing and browse for any help respectively. Finally, you can click on ‘Contact Us’ at the bottom to reach out to us and on ‘Logout’ in the upper right corner to log out of your Dashboard.

With this, we come to an end of Deepsync 101. We look forward to bring you a great product experience. If you haven’t already synced your voice, you can begin so by signing up on our platform here: https://deepsync.co
