Deep Whales AI Revenue Share
Revenue Share & Fee Structure Phase 1
When developing an intricate ecosystem, it is important to understand the potential impact it has both on the existing crypto infrastructure and also the potential it will have on our own ecosystem. Without truly understanding these factors, it is near impossible to devise a plan and structure for revenue and earnings for Deep Whales AI eligible holders. As our bot nears completion, we will soon be unleashing it to the crypto space and we need to give an understanding to the holders and supporters of our token, what we expect and what they should expect when investing and holding the minimum amount for Tier 1 (0.1% — 100,000 tokens) to earn revenue generated from our ecosystem.
To do this, we have to study what is already in existence, from the least popular through to the most popular ‘similar’ bots, to understand how we can expect to perform when we are completely running in the Phase 1 release.
What have we looked at?
Fortunately, there is a vast amount of data available for us to collate. In our study we have taken an average of different sectors of the market and built it into a chart, which assists us in building an overview of how we expect to perform. In order to be more realistic, we have not used any of the top 5 ‘competitors’ so as to not skew figures unfairly. Whilst we understand this is ultimately our goal, we are also realistic to the fact that we are new to the market and things take time to move to the top of the charts, so to speak.
Two of our biggest reference points have been;
https://dune.com/whale_hunter/dex-trading-bot-wars
https://defillama.com/fees/simple
Why we feel the need to discuss the research we have done to come to this point, is to ensure that we as a company are not pulling pie in the sky numbers, but hard factual evidence of what the market is producing. As mentioned in one of our recent AMAs, the market has been very low on volume during the time which we have been looking into this, which we feel makes a fairer estimate, as we have based our numbers on what we should see when the market is underperforming, which is a better way to look at it.
How have we measured it?
Our Phase 1 revenue structure is broken down into 5 elements, this includes;
- 1% of Buy and Sell Fees — This is based on volume generated per month through DEX purchases of our token
- 15% of Profits from Team Purchases — This is based on potential profits yielded monthly from the team trading
- 50% of All Transaction Fees — This is based on the volume generated from buys/sells through our DeepAI Buy Sell Bot
- 15% of advertisement revenue — This is based from advertisements running on our bot initially and broadcast messages sent through to users
- 15% of DeepAI Premium Bot Subscription — This is based on users who have subscribed to our DeepAI Premium Bot and pay to use this monthly
As per our previous medium https://medium.com/@deepwhalesaiofficial/deep-whales-ai-bot-e2cf4e2fc5fe revenue claims will be made through our Dapp which will be available through our new website. Please refer to this for more information on claiming.
So, what is the expected revenue?
Well, to dig deeper into this, we will provide a breakdown of the information to enable you to understand this further.
- 1% of Buy and Sell Fees
This is completely based on volume and whilst hard to predict we can certainly look at previous and similar historical values from both our own project and others in which offer utilities that can be compared.
So we break this down into a daily volume metric, which then allows us to create a monthly average, on quiet days and busy days. Volume is of course impossible to predict, but an average brings us to a fair conclusion as to what to expect.
For the purposes of ensuring we don’t overestimate, we will use an average of $100,000 of daily volume, which we feel is a conservative average. In reality, We would expect our daily volume to be reaching into the green area of our volume chart below.
2. 15% of Profits from Team Purchases
Again this is difficult to predict, so we have taken our previous successes based purely from the recent purchases made by the team wallet. We do expect this will increase as we start to make more purchases when Deep Whales AI is sending alerts. Keep in mind, monthly profits will vary significantly depending if we hold or sell. All profits after initials are calculated and 15% of realised profits will be distributed to our Revenue Pool.
At the end of the day, this is completely open to interpretation and of course, there is every chance we could far increase this, but to keep it realistic, we feel this chart represents a fair potential of the profits. Whilst we appreciate we could purchase something early and create a much higher level of profit, it would be unrealistic to add this into our monthly averages. However, if/when we do, then this could increase exponentially.
3. 50% of All Transaction Fees from DeepAI Buy Sell Bot
Now this is where it gets really juicy. Transaction fees through buying/selling (as described in medium https://medium.com/@deepwhalesaideep-whales-ai-bot-e2cf4e2fc5fe) are derived from successful buy and sell through the DeepAI Buy Sell bot. The similar structure most are used to with competitive trading bots. The fees generated from Transaction Fees will have a massive 50% of this revenue injected into the revenue pool.
In order to gauge the expected returns of this, we have used a mix of 15 different Telegram bots within the market to devise an average use case over a 7 day period and then multiplied this to create a monthly average. Volume of course will increase as we become more popular, so we expect these figures to be more on point, once we have accumulated a solid user base.
We have also used these same figures to establish what we believe to be a conservative estimation of premium users, which we will discuss further in section 5. 15% of DeepAI Premium Bot Subscription.
4. 15% of advertisement revenue
The advertising revenue of course also works on a scale of growth of users. To demand a higher price, we of course need a solid user base, so we have looked into some of the smaller usage bots for our initial calculation, again to remain conservative with our calculated estimations.
Our advertising will come from a few sources. Initially, we will allow advertising through our bot and through broadcast messages to our users as mentioned above. This will be expanded in Phase 2, when we will have our DeepAI Alerts Bot for usage in private lounges.
As you can see from the below table, we have estimated this based on the two types of advertisements and an average of costs depending on the package.
5. 15% of DeepAI Premium Bot Subscription
Lastly, we will be sharing 15% of our DeepAI Premium bot subscription, which of course will be free to use for those who hold 0.1% (100,000 tokens) or above, but will incur a fee of $100 per calendar month for users who wish to take advantage of the Premium features and do not hold the required amount for free access.
We have calculated this using the same structure as bot fees, as this gives us the user amounts for each bot we have used for comparative purposes.
Finally, we have broken the overall revenue earnings down into 3 categories, to give a calculated estimation as to the expected returns based on your holdings. There are many variables to this, however, the best calculated way to approach this in a simple format is to take 3 averages of each of our revenue streams and categorise them into 3 sections.
What does all of this mean to you as a holder?
Well, we expect this is the part that most people will scroll down to in order to find out what they can earn from holding 0.1% or above. This is why we saved the best for last.
We have broken this down into three categories — below average, average and above average. It is important to know that these figures are based on averages of figures we have collated, and this is to keep it conservative. As we always say, we would rather under promise and over deliver. To add to this, we have not included any figures from the top 5 performing bots currently available, nor have we included any revenue from the next phases. Figures are based on our current holders that qualify for revenue share, this also does not account for increase in market price effecting the value of the tokens required to earn.
It is without doubt in our mind, that we believe we have the team, the community and the technology to bring us to the top earning bots in the space, and with this said, this will move us to a whole new level that we haven’t yet accounted for. For now, whilst we build our foundation, we choose modesty. We aim to be the benchmark, not chase it.
Thank you all for your ongoing support of our project, we look forward to a solid and prosperous future with you all.
